Ziyada is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Ziyada mobile application.
Ziyada does not require an account, a sign-up, or an email address.
To understand which parts of the app are working, we collect the following through our analytics provider (see Section 04):
This is tied to your device identifier, never your name. We don't use it to advertise to you or combine it with other apps' data.
Your display name (device-only), quiz question or answer text, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or payment info. Screen recording is off.
To improve performance, understand feature usage, and fix bugs — nothing more. We don't sell, rent, or share it beyond our analytics provider (Section 04), and we never build an advertising profile of you.
Every quiz and lesson ships inside the app, so no internet is needed for any feature. The app only goes online to send the usage data described in Section 01 — offline, it works exactly the same.
We use one third party: Vexo, a mobile analytics provider, to process the usage data from Section 01 on our behalf — see the Vexo privacy policy. There are no ad networks, social SDKs, or data brokers in Ziyada.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Since most data lives on your device, your device's own security (screen lock, encryption) matters too.
If you're in the EEA, UK, or a region with similar laws, email us to request access to or deletion of your data.
Ziyada does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is designed for general audiences.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date."
